Amcro was founded by Peter and Julie Wright. Peter has worked in the broadcast television industry in the UK for over 25 years, and has had a wide experience of both analogue and digital electronic design techniques. He has been closely involved with the design of a wide range of broadcast-oriented electronic equipment, including broadcast television cameras, colour picture monitors, video processing, and embedded control systems. He also has experience of non-broadcast applications of electronic systems, both in the industrial and audio-visual fields.

Amcro's expertise includes the remote control of equipment over telephone lines, Ethernet LAN and WAN, and by radio. We can also provide design and project management services.
